Joy Cox

Originally from South Carolina, I made my way to Oklahoma 14 years ago when my husband’s U.S. Navy career brought us here. After 22 years of active duty service, he’s now retired, and we’re proud to call Oklahoma our forever home.

I’ve spent the last 14 years supporting real estate professionals in administrative leadership roles, and I currently serve as the Director of Administration for Redhawk Real Estate. While I’m a licensed agent, my true calling is behind the scenes—ensuring our brokerage runs smoothly and our agents have the resources, tools, and support they need to thrive. My “clients” are our agents and the vendors we partner with, and I love being their right hand in the brokerage.

Outside of real estate, I own a travel agency that mirrors my role at Redhawk. I manage the back office and support my team of travel advisors so they can do what they do best. I love to travel, explore new places, and soak in all that the world has to offer.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me traveling, grabbing sushi, or enjoying tacos and happy hour at one of our local favorites like Birdies or Truck Yard. Oklahoma’s welcoming spirit—much like my South Carolina roots—has been a wonderful place to raise our two daughters: Brianna, a NICU nurse, and Katelynn, who just started nursing school. My husband of 23 years (and high school sweetheart) and our Frenchie, Kash, keep me grounded, while my “granddog” Tank adds plenty of joy to the mix. Anyone who knows me knows I’m a huge Frenchie fan!

Helping build Redhawk from the ground up since April 2024 has been one of my proudest milestones. I believe in the culture we’ve created—one that feels like family and celebrates every win together.
