Jeff Lykes

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, I’ve proudly called Edmond home for the past 15 years. Before beginning my real estate career, I spent 20 years in sales, where I developed strong skills in customer service, communication, and attention to detail. Those experiences now guide how I lead and support our agents, helping them manage relationships and transactions with diligence and care.

My philosophy in real estate has always been centered on listening. Many agents hear their clients, but true success comes from genuinely listening and understanding their needs. That same philosophy carries into my role as Managing Broker—listening to our agents, supporting their goals, and helping them grow both professionally and personally.

The Oklahoma City metro area has always been home, and I love its welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community. My wife, Kristen, and I have been married for 25 years, and together we’ve raised three wonderful kids—our son Ben (and his wife Baylee), our son Drew, and our daughter Reagan. Beyond family, I’ve stayed connected to the community through service in Deer Creek Schools, where I’ve had the privilege of serving as Booster Club President for the baseball, football, and softball programs.

Today, I’m proud to lead Redhawk Real Estate as the Managing Broker. At Redhawk, we are more than just a brokerage—we are a family. Our culture of collaboration, support, and shared success sets us apart and makes Redhawk a special place for both clients and agents.
